Import newsletter subscribers
Use the import flow when moving a list from another tool.

Step by step
Open Import subscribers
Go to Newsletter → Subscribers and select the import action. Have a CSV export from your previous provider ready.
Choose the source and file
Select the provider when offered, or use a generic CSV. Upload the file and wait for Creatoc to inspect it.
Review the detected columns
Check how email, first name, last name, and other supported columns map. Fix missing email values and validation errors before continuing.
Start and inspect
Start the import, watch its progress, then check Subscribers for active and rejected records.
Good to know
Import only contacts for whom you have a valid subscription record.
