Save, publish, and download a Media Kit PDF

Step by step

1. 1

   Save the draft

   In Media Kit, select Save after editing each section. A saved draft remains private until you publish it.

2. 2

   Publish the public kit

   Select Publish when the editor indicates the essentials are complete. Open its public URL and check the information a visitor sees.

3. 3

   Generate a PDF

   Use Generate PDF in the Media Kit editor. Wait for generation to complete before downloading.

4. 4

   Download and inspect

   Select Download PDF. Open the file and check the first page, page breaks, rates, and contact action before sending it.
