Where to find this

  1. Account menu
  2. Settings
  3. Domains tab
Open Domains tab

Step by step

  1. Open Domains

In a creator workspace, open the account menu → Settings and select the globe-icon Domains tab. Brand workspaces do not show this tab.

  2. Add the domain

Enter the domain or subdomain you control in Domain and select Add Domain. Copy the records generated for that exact domain.

  3. Create the DNS records

At your DNS provider, create the shown routing CNAME and ownership TXT records. Add the separate SSL certificate CNAME or TXT challenge if the page shows one.

  4. Verify

Return to the Domains tab and select Verify Domain after DNS updates. Read any record-specific status before changing a value.

  5. Test HTTPS

When the status is connected, open the public URLs shown in Creatoc over HTTPS and confirm they display the intended pages.

Good to know

Use the record names and values shown for your domain in Creatoc; they are not the same for every account.
