Connect or reconnect Instagram
A connected account can provide profile signals, content, analytics, and Instagram-powered features.

Step by step
Open Social accounts
Use the account menu → Connections and select the Instagram-icon Social accounts tab.
Start the connection
Select Connect Instagram and read the Creatoc permission explanation before continuing to Meta.
Authorize the right account
In Meta's flow, choose the professional Instagram account you want Creatoc to use and grant the requested permissions.
Confirm the return
Back in Connections, check that the account card says Connected and review its latest sync time or status.
Repair a stale connection
If permissions expire or the sync fails, use the account card's reconnect or resync action and complete Meta authorization again.
Good to know
Creatoc uses Meta's connection flow and does not ask for your Instagram password.
